With over 20 years of experience as an operations leader, Sam is passionate about process improvement, cost reduction, and building strong partnerships through business development and networking. His expertise and leadership make him a key asset to the Hall's Heating Air & Plumbing team as Operations Manager. Outside of work, Sam is a proud dad of five who loves camping, attending car shows, and staying up to date on the latest tech trends. Always eager to learn and grow, Sam’s energy and commitment shine in everything he does. Welcome aboard, Sam!

Meet Denny! Denny is a dedicated HVAC installer with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. A proud dad of five, he enjoys fishing, tackling chores, and vacationing anywhere near the water. He’s also a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. With Denny on the job, you can expect dependable service and a friendly face!

Meet Haley! As a people person eager to learn, Haley brings enthusiasm and teamwork to her role as CSR. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, watching movies, and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. Haley is a fantastic addition to our team and we’re excited to see what her future holds here at Hall’s!

Meet Ramon! With over 10 years of HVAC experience, Ramon brings reliable service and a friendly attitude to every job. He’s a proud dad of six who loves spending time with his family—whether it’s cheering his kids on at school events, firing up the grill for a backyard cookout, playing board games, or enjoying a swim on a sunny day. A loyal Dallas Cowboys fan, Ramon brings the same energy and care to every home he visits. You’re in great hands with Ramon!

Meet Ethan! One of our newest team members, we are excited to see where his hard work and fresh perspective are sure to make a big impact. Outside of work, Ethan loves hanging out with friends, playing golf, boating on the lake, and discovering new places to eat. His positive attitude and dedication make him a fantastic addition to our company.

Luis has 7 years of HVAC experience and is known for his positive attitude and top-notch service. He enjoys grilling for his family, playing basketball, and spending time with his two kids, Oliver and Camilla. A big Dallas Cowboys and Houston Rockets fan, Luis brings the same energy and dedication to every job. You're in good hands with Luis!

Meet Caleb! With 15 years of HVAC experience, Caleb brings expert service and a friendly attitude to every job. He loves coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing golf, and watching ballgames with his family, especially baseball! He’s a proud fan of Texas A&M, the Rangers, and the Cowboys. You’re in great hands with Caleb!

Meet Jaxon! Jaxon’s been with Hall's Heating Air & Plumbing since 2019 and brings steady skill and a great attitude to every job. Off the clock, he’s all about dirt bikes, grilling, and shooting hoops. He’s a proud dad to his son Jessiah and a loyal Green Bay Packers fan. You’re in good hands with Jaxon!

Meet Jaron! Jaron’s the kind of guy who shows up ready to roll up his sleeves and get the job done right—with a good attitude and a cold root beer not too far behind. Friendly, dependable, and always aiming to leave things better than he found them, Jaron brings that Hall’s-style service you can count on.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Jaron shooting pool with friends and family or kicked back on the couch with his dog, catching a good movie. A big fan of Halloween, Whataburger, and the Dallas Cowboys, he’s also got sky-high dreams, literally! One day, he hopes to skydive with the Red Bull team. Until then, he’s keeping things grounded and dependable, right here at Hall’s Heating & Air.

Meet Jazmine! Jazmine brings a positive spirit and a love for learning to the Hall's Heating Air & Plumbing team. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude make her a joy to work with—both for our team and our customers. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her puppy, Darlin, strumming her guitar, and getting lost in a good book. And when it’s baseball season, she’s proudly cheering on the Chicago Cubs! We’re lucky to have Jazmine as part of the crew!
