OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside within Hall’s Heating, Air & Plumbing’s designated service area (see Section 3) and who meet all eligibility requirements described below.

2. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored by Hall Heating and Air LLC, dba Hall's Heating Air & Plumbing, located at 801 W Kingsmill Ave, Pampa, TX 79065 (“Sponsor” or “Hall’s”), in partnership with Ignite Home Services for marketing and promotional support.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to be nominated and/or to win, the nominee must, at the time of nomination:

•Be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, or Reserves), verified by [form of proof — e.g., DD-214, veteran ID card, or Sponsor’s discretion].

•Reside within Hall’s designated service area, currently defined as within these counties:

Roberts, Memphis, Huchinson, Potter, Wheeler, Randall, Armstrong, Donley, Collingsworth, Briscoe, Hall, Gray, and Childress counties.

•Own the home where the HVAC system will be installed.

•Be 18 years of age or older.

•Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their respective spouses) or household member of Sponsor, Ignite Home Services, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute regarding eligibility at any time during the Giveaway period. Sponsor has final and sole discretion to determine whether a nominee meets the eligibility requirements above.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway consists of the following phases (all times reflect Sponsor's local time zone):

Nomination Period: September 21 - October 7, 2026

Public Voting Period: October 14 - November 2, 2026

Public Reveal: November 11, 2026 (Veteran's Day)

Sponsor reserves the right to modify any date or deadline in this Giveaway at its sole discretion, including if the [Nov 11 reveal date] cannot be met due to installation scheduling. Any changes will be posted on the Giveaway page here. Between the close of the Public Voting Period and the Public Reveal, Sponsor will internally review finalists, notify the winner, and complete installation on the winner's home.

5. HOW TO NOMINATE

1. During the Nomination Period, visit this page and complete the official nomination form.

2. Provide the nominee's name, branch and era of service, the nominator's relationship to the nominee, and a written story describing why the nominee deserves a new HVAC system. A photo of the nominee may be uploaded (optional).

3. Self-nominations: not permitted.

4. Limit of one (1) nomination per nominee. Duplicate nominations of the same veteran may be consolidated at Sponsor's discretion.

5. All nominations become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting a nomination, the nominator represents that they have the nominee's permission to share the nominee's story, and that the information provided is true and accurate.

Note: Every nominee (not only finalists or the winner) will be asked to sign the accompanying Nominee Story & Photo Consent Form before their story or photo is published or used in Giveaway materials. 6. SELECTION OF FINALISTS

Following the close of the Nomination Period, a panel consisting of representatives from Hall's and Ignite Home Services will review all eligible nominations and select 3 finalists to advance to the Public Voting Period. Finalists will be selected based on criteria - e.g., strength of story, eligibility. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Approval to publish: Nominee approval required before finalists are announced. Before any shortlisted nomination is published on the voting page or announced as a finalist, Sponsor will confirm directly with the nominee - or with the nominator on the nominee's behalf, ifthe nominee cannot be reached - that they approve being publicly featured. No nominee's name, photo, or story will be published without this additional confirmation, which may add a short confirmation window between Finalist Review and the start of Public Voting.

7. PUBLIC VOTING

• Finalists' names, photos, and stories will be posted on the Giveaway website for public voting during the Voting Period identified in Section 4.
• Limit of one (1) vote per IP address, per day, per finalist page, for the duration of the Voting Period. Sponsor and its agents reserve the right to disqualify any votes reasonably suspected of being fraudulent, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules (see Section 12).
• Votes are not a purchase and do not constitute an entry into a lottery; voting is a factor considered in the winner selection process described in Section 8, not the sole determining factor.

8. SELECTION OF WINNER - SPONSOR'S FINAL DECISION

Notwithstanding the outcome of public voting, Hall's Heating, Air & Plumbing retains sole and final discretion to select the Giveaway winner from among the eligible finalists. Public vote totals will be considered as one input into that decision but do not, by themselves, guarantee that any finalist will be selected as the winner. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.

9. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive: [full description of prize - e.g., one (1) HVAC system, including equipment and standard installation, at the winner's primary residence within the service areа].

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $16,500. Actual value may vary based on the system selected and site-specific installation requirements. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitutea prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Installation is contingent on a site evaluation; if the winner's home is not suitable for the advertised system, Sponsor may substitute a comparable system or installation approach.
• All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize. 

Non-winning finalists: Hall's will award a 2nd and 3rd place finalist. 2nd finalist will receive a $750 service coupon and 3rd finalist will receive a $250 service coupone.

10. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible nominations received and the number of finalists selected, currently anticipated to be 3 finalists.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified privately by Sponsor, using the contact information provided in the nomination. The winner (or, if the winner is not the nominator, the winner upon being located and confirmed) will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where legally permitted), and to complete additional paperwork - including an expanded media release covering installation-day and reveal-day filming, consistent with the video/media preference the nominee indicated on their Consent Form. Failure to respond, sign, and return required documents within the stated time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining finalists, at Sponsor's discretion.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the nomination or voting process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected nominations or votes, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any network, hardware, or software.

13. PUBLICITY / USE OF ENTRY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each nominator's and nominee's consent to Sponsor's and Ignite Home Services' use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, hometown, and story, without further compensation, notification, or permission, in any and all media (now known or later developed) for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Giveaway and Sponsor's business, except where prohibited by law and subject to each nominee's stated video/media preference. A separate, more detailed consent form is provided to each nominee, and an expanded media release is required of the winner covering installation-day and reveal-day filming.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, nominators, nominees, and voters agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Ignite Home Services, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor and Ignite Home Services in accordance with our Pivacy Policy, for purposes of administering the Giveaway and, where consented to, for marketing communications.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of this Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [county, e.g., Gray County], Texas.
